We offer free standard shipping on every order within the contiguous United States.
Restrictions apply: A shipping surcharge applies to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Because every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at bompamarksww@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. Please keep all packaging materials until we’ve resolved the issue with you.
